Return Policy

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of receipt, including sale items. Products must be unused, in original packaging.

  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship item at your cost (unless defective or incorrect) we cover the cost in this case.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Report within 7 days with photos. Eligible items will be refunded or replaced at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at contact@ozzicart.com or calling +61 479 090 219.

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible.

This ensures compliance with Australian Consumer Law, which requires clear cancellation terms for unshipped items.
